"I want to give a big thank you to my auto insurance representative, Danial, for going above and beyond to help me. He spent a whole hour on the phone assisting me with filing a claim to the other driver’s insurance company after an accident that wasn’t my fault. The other company made the process really difficult, but Danial was incredibly helpful and patient the entire time.
